ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you have placed an order with Ozakii London it is deemed that you have read, understood and accepted Ozakii London’s terms and conditions. Upon an order being accepted by Ozakii London you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Ozakii reserves the right to refuse orders.
 
PRICING POLICY
Prices displayed on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Our VAT registration number is GB 905 9785 82.
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If an item you have ordered has been reduced from full price, we offer a one time price adjustment for reductions that occur within 7 days of purchase. Price adjustment claims must be made within 10 days of the order date, to be honored.
 
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Debit cards
We do not accept personal cheques or money orders.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Ozakii London, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery
 
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
Ozakii London insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Ozakii and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that we aim to deliver UK orders within 7-14 days and all other orders within 8-18 days.  Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of order and payment is cleared. Ozakii London is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order. If for any reason you refuse delivery or do not respond to a delivery notice, your credit card may be charged for the full amount of the transaction.
 
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the terms of service.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
 
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Ozakii London, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges based on the following policy:
 
We will accept returns or exchanges on merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
Merchandise MUST be returned unused, in the original,  Ozakii London dust bag/box with tags still attached, where relevant. All returns and exchanges are subject to our inspection and approval. This provision does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations (Distance Selling). Further details of these rights are available from your local Trading Standards Advice Bureau. In order to process a return or exchange, you must first obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us, by emailing info@ozakii.com. Merchandise that is returned or exchanged without an RMA number will not be honored. Ozakii London recommends you post your Return/Exchange back to us in an insured and trackable manner, so that you may keep a record of the shipment. Ozakii London is not responsible for lost packages. Shipping fees are not refundable.
All returns or exchanges, whether in general or for defective merchandise, must be received within 14 days of the issuance of a RMA #. If merchandise is not returned in a timely manner, Ozakii London reserves the right to void the refund request, or charge an additional restocking fee, at our discretion. Refunds will be returned only to the original credit card used for the purchase, within 30 days of us receiving your returned and undamaged item.You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our return and exchange policy
Please note that we do not accept returns on products that were not purchased through this web site. If you have purchased Ozakii London merchandise from an authorized retailer and you wish to return or exchange your bag, you must bring your marchandise back directly to that retailer.

WORKMANSHIP
Ozakii London products require a great deal of workmanship which is mostly carried out by hand, rather than machinery in England.  This may mean that from time to time you’ll see some irregularities to the finishes of the bags.  These peculiarities are unique traits of the design and should not be considered faults.  They make your product extra special and unique to you!
Leathers – all our products are made from high quality skins and being a natural material it is impossible to avoid some of the variations in colour or texture that you might find on the leathers used to make our products.  It is likely that with wear and use – in particular with the very soft, unstructured shapes - the colour or texture of your bag might alter slightly.  This is a natural consequence of the leathers we use.  Please note that it is increasingly likely that a leather deemed to have a ‘vintage effect’ or is called a ‘pull up’ leather will change its look with wear – this is deliberate and intentional consequence of this type of leather.
 
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@ozakii.com.We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee it. Once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
 
REPAIR POLICY
With a valid receipt from one of our authorized retailers we will repair your bag at no charge. Please email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for repair. If you do not have a valid receipt, we will repair your bag at a fee (to be determined. Otherwise, please contact the retailer where you purchased the handbag for further repair options
 
PRIVACY POLICY
At ozakii.com, protecting your privacy is a great concern. We will never share or distribute your contact information with any third parties. Users who place an online order or sign up for our mailing list, will receive periodic updates about promotions, sales, and other Ozakii London’s news. If you do not wish to receive these updates, you can remove yourself from the list at any time, by emailing info@ozakii.com.
